Alcanzamos excelente calidad (LHTB)

en ambas líneas de producción de LiOH y logramos un nuevo producto de carbonato de litio (Li2CO3). El MiC 10000, alcanzó un estándar batería internacional para nuestro carbonato de litio.

Redujimos en un 3% el consumo de ceniza de soda,

Creamos el centro de Investigación y Procesos Químicos de Litio, ampliando el laboratorio en 600 m2 que incorporan:

Diseñamos 7 nuevos procesos de producción.

Uno de ellos en patentamiento y primero en su tipo a nivel mundial, con piloto finalizado en EEUU; dos pruebas piloto proyectadas en Planta Quimica de Litio y otros cuatro diseños en preparación para desarrollarse en Salar de Atacama en 2022.

Gracias a la consolidación de M1,

disminuimos en más de 50% los tiempos de consolidación por contenedor, pasando de las 2 horas a los 54 minutos; las tasas de envasado aumentaron en un 60%, los rendimientos de los equipos de trabajo de envasado mejoraron en un 25%, el índice de satisfacción del cliente pasó del 80% al 99%.

Superamos las 100.000 toneladas

de despacho desde Planta Química Litio Carmen entre Carbonato e Hidróxido de Litio.

Frente a los problemas logísticos mundiales por falta de contenedores,

enviamos 4 barcos con carbonato litio en sus bodegas a USA/México ( 552 ton), Europa ( 672 ton) y Asia ( 4.408 ton), este trabajo conjunto realizado entre varias gerencias permitió, además de cumplir con nuestros compromisos, reducir costos importantes.
