which are devices that separate and consolidate different components in a mixture, which allows cost savings and low presence of kerosene in Weak Acid Water pools, used for irrigation in heap leaching.

in both LiOH production lines and achieved a new lithium carbonate product (Li2CO3). The MiC 10000 reached an international battery standard for our lithium carbonate.

We reduced the consumption of soda ash by 3%,

generating savings in water consumption by 6%, and reducing the carbon footprint of our lithium carbonate.

We created the Lithium Research and Chemical Processes center, expanding the laboratory by 600 m2 that include:

research areas, creative spaces, entry control, clean areas to protect samples, and break areas.

One of these, in the patenting process, is the first of its kind worldwide, with a pilot completed in the USA; two pilot tests projected for the Lithium Chemical Plant and four other designs in preparation to be developed in Salar de Atacama in 2022.

we reduced the consolidation times per container by more than 50%, going from 2 hours to 54 minutes; packaging rates increased by 60%, the output of packaging work teams improved by 25%, the customer satisfaction index increased from 80% to 99%

In the face of worldwide logistical problems, due to a lack of containers,

we sent 4 charter shipments of lithium carbonate in their holds to the USA/Mexico (552 tons), Europe (672 tons) and Asia (4,408 ton), this joint work carried out among various management areas allowed us, in addition to fulfill out commitments, to reduce costs substantially.
